Does NorbertPay hold my money?+
No. NorbertPay is invoicing and payment-management software. Payments go through licensed payment providers such as Paystack directly to your account.
Can my customers pay with mobile money?+
Yes. Connect your own Paystack, Flutterwave or Hubtel account and your customers can pay by mobile money or card.
Will AI send invoices or reminders without my permission?+
Never for invoices: AI drafts, you review and send. Automatic reminders are off by default and only go out if you switch them on.
Which currencies are supported?+
NorbertPay supports the Ghanaian Cedi (GH₵), Nigerian Naira (₦), Kenyan Shilling (KSh), South African Rand (R), West African CFA franc (CFA), plus USD, EUR and GBP.
